Stock Clutch Bell for 250cc

Clutch bells should be inspected and replaced if seriously glazed and purple colored. A smoothed out surface inside the clutch bell significantly affects the ability of the clutch pads to engage with the bell, resulting in degraded performance.

These clutch bells are an exact replacement for the stock clutch bell on a CN250 or CFMoto engine.

Which one do I choose?

There are two types of engines in the 250cc buggies on the market: the CN250 and CF Moto 250. They are very similar, but differ in their transmission and final gearing.

The CFMoto 250 engine was used in several models of buggy, including the Joyner Sand Viper 250 (2006-2009), Hammerhead 250SS (2006-2015), and Blade 250XRX. The outer diameter of the CF Moto 250 clutch bell is 153mm (~6"). All of these buggies have high / low / neutral / and reverse gearing.

The CN250 engine was used in most ALL other buggy brands that do NOT have high and low forward gearing. If your buggy is a 250cc, and has forward, neutral, and reverse gears, then you've almost certainly got a CN250 motor. The outer diameter of the CN250 clutch bell is 135mm (~5-1/4").
