Dr. Pulley Variator - 241801 - 250cc CN250

This racing variator from Dr Pulley is precision engineered to increase performance over stock variators.
The steep angled ramp plates in the Dr Pulley variators allow for faster and smoother engagement at all speeds, and allow lighter weighted sliders to fully extend to make the most of your CVT system. Longer channels create a more aggressive acceleration profile compared to stock variators.
The Dr Pulley variator comes with the variator, fan plate, spacer washers, and center dowel pin. Rollers or sliders weights not included.
Note: for most vehicles we do not recommend installing the spacer washers as it can result in a loss of top speed.

For Buggy owners, this product fits all buggies using a CN250 engine. All buggies with a high/low forward transmission such as the Hammerhead 250ss and Joyner Sand Viper 250 use the Dr Pulley variator product 231801.
