Dr. Pulley Variator - 231801 - 250cc CFMoto

Dr Pulley products are some of the best on the market today!

This racing variator from Dr Pulley is precision engineered to increase performance over stock variators.

The steep angled ramp plates in the Dr Pulley variators allow for faster and smoother engagement at all speeds, and allow lighter weighted sliders to fully extend to make the most of your CVT system. Longer channels create a more aggressive acceleration profile compared to stock variators.

The Dr Pulley variator comes with the variator, fan plate, spacer washers, and center dowel pin. Rollers or sliders not included.

Note: for most vehicles we do not recommend installing the spacer washers as it can result in a loss of top speed.

For Buggy owners, this product fits all buggies using a CFMoto 250 engine. All buggies with a high/low forward transmission such as the Hammerhead 250ss and Joyner Sand Viper 250 use this motor. Most all other 250cc buggies use the CN250 motor and use the Dr Pulley variator product 241801.

Important notice: If you have a CFMoto V3 or V5 engine in your scooter, please measure and verify the outer diameter (ID) of your stock variator before ordering this product! Models of scooters with these engines with a 128mm variator will use the V241801 Variator. Please check before ordering!
