Upgrade your carburetor to this 32mm powerhouse! Carbs are back in stock! Get more performance out of your buggy by upgrading your stock carburetor to this 32mm pumper carburetor! When you press the accelerator, a secondary mechanism activates an extra shot of fuel to give you immediate response and more power! This CVK 32mm carburetor features an automatic choke and uses Keihin main jets. Carburetor comes with a 125 main jet and 38 pilot jet installed.. 
Hammerhead 250 owners please read:When installing this carburetor on your Hammerhead 250, you will need to cut and splice a couple of wires for proper operation and installation of this carburetor.Use the following wiring guide to make sure the electric choke and your temperature sensor are operating correctly with this carburetor: 1. Connect the Blue w/Green stripe wire from stock buggy harness to the Green w/Blue stripe temp sensor wire going to the cylinder head. 2. Connect the Green w/Black stripe wire directly to the matching yellow (yellow w/black stripe for carbs sold after April 1, 2010) from new carburetor harness (as if the stock buggy harness and new carburetor harness were directly connected to one another) 3. Connect the stock Yellow wire on your buggy to the other yellow wire from the new carburetor harness.  Image reference for Hammerhead 250cc owners onlyYou will probably need to splice these wires together manually or use some new connectors/harness to get them matched up correctly. Once the wires are connected in this fashion on your Hammerhead 250cc, you are good to go!Click here for available jet sizes. |
