250 Endrigo Racing Cylinder Head

Buggy Parts NW is now the exclusive distributor of the Endrigo Racing Head system and we are proud to offer this amazing Ultimate Engine Package for 250cc engines! This package includes our top-level Endrigo Racing head "The Works", a 75mm drop-in (no crankcase machining required) big bore kit, and/or an Endrigo Racing Camshaft!

One of the most overlooked parts of the engine is the cylinder head. Most people are used to upgrading their air intake and exhaust for better air and fuel flow into and out of the system. Some people upgrade their carburetor and/or get a big bore kit to get more air and fuel to combust in their engine.

But - most people don't consider what is happening to the air/fuel mixture as it enters and exits the engine!

The stock cylinder head on your engine was cast from a mold and came with all the residual slag and flashing inside the intake and exhaust ports. The intake port is too small in diameter to match our 30mm intake manifold and creates a flow restriction when using a larger carburetor. The stock valves are installed without regard to optimal seating, and the exhaust port is left rough and unpolished from the casting process. ALL of these issues create flow restriction in your stock head that lead to an overall loss of power!

The Endrigo Racing head series fixes these problems, giving you significantly more power over a stock cylinder head!

Your Endrigo Racing Head kit comes with a professionally modified cylinder head, cylinder head gasket, and a port-matched intake manifold

This kit is a direct bolt-on replacement for your current 250cc cylinder head. The basic price reflects sending your current cylinder head to us to be reworked. Turnaround/shipping time is generally 8-10 business days from receipt of your stock cylinder head (depending on current demand).
Brand new modified heads available for additional $75 charge - you get to keep your stock head!

This package can also come with a 75mm big bore kit for CN250 and CFMoto 250cc engines and/or a High Performance Endrigo Racing Camshaft!

The big bore kit is designed to be a drop-in upgrade that requires no additional crankcase modification for it to fit.

Here's what the big bore kit comes with:
- New cast-iron cylinder body
- 75mm piston and rings
- Piston wrist pin and clips
- New cylinder head and body gaskets for this kit

Finally, you can choose to add the Endrigo 250cc racing camshaft to the package!

This aggressive camshaft is designed to give a bit more low end power, and quite a bit more midrange and top end power!

Note: Do not attempt to install this camshaft into a cylinder head that has not had high-performance springs installed. You will experience immediate coil bind and possibly destroy the rocker arms. Buggy Parts NW accepts no responsibility from our aftermarket 250cc camshafts that are installed into a cylinder head without high-performance springs capable of up to 8mm of lift.

Because of the dramatically increased flow through the Endrigo cylinder heads, camshaft, and the big bore kit, you will need to rejet your carburetor. Buggy Parts NW carries a wide selection of main and pilot jets for your jetting needs.

Which main and pilot jets you will need will vary significantly based on your buggy's setup and the elevation where you ride. We can help you decide which range will work best for you - feel free to call or email us for more info.

This modification is for people with above-average mechanical ability. It should not be done by those who are uncomfortable with disassembling their motor and putting it back together correctly. This is not an easy bolt-on upgrade, and requires attention to detail and proper carburetor tuning after installation. Because of the different angle and duration of the Endrigo Racing camshaft, please consider purchasing the 250cc Digital Adjustable CDI/Coil combo. The adjustable CDI will help immensely to precisely dial in the new timing required by the camshaft!
