75mm drop-in big bore kit for 250cc buggies. No crankcase alteration needed! Click to learn more!  Buggy Parts NW now offers a 75mm big bore kit for CN250 and CFMoto 250cc engines! This kit is designed to be a drop-in upgrade that requires no additional crankcase modification for it to fit. Here's what you get: - New cast-iron cylinder body - 75mm piston and rings - Piston wrist pin and clips - New cylinder head and body gaskets for this kit This upgrade will affect your low and mid-range power the most. In our internal testing we achieved at least a 6% gain in 300' timed runs from the big bore upgrade! This modification is one that requires a moderate to high level of mechanical ability, and should only be attempted by those with the technical skill to install it properly. Buggy Parts NW is not responsible for any issues or damages resulting from the installation of this product. If you have any doubts as to your ability to install this mod, please have a trained mechanic install it for you! We have additional head and body gaskets available for this 75mm big bore kit here if you should need them. We will have a tutorial for this mod up soon in the BPNW Info Center. This kit will work fantastic with the Endrigo Racing Head for 250cc vehicles! Note: Due to the heavy weight of the cast iron materials used in this kit, this package does not qualify for the $5 flat-rate shipping. |
