One of the most overlooked parts of the engine is the cylinder head. Most people are used to upgrading their air intake and exhaust for better air and fuel flow into and out of the system. Some people upgrade their carburetor and/or get a big bore kit to get more air and fuel to combust in their engine. But - most people don't consider what is happening to the air/fuel mixture as it enters and exits the engine! The stock cylinder head on your engine was cast from a mold and came with all the residual slag and flashing inside the intake and exhaust ports. The intake port is too small in diameter to match our 30mm intake manifold and creates a flow restriction when using a larger carburetor. The stock valves are installed without regard to optimal seating, and the exhaust port is left rough and unpolished from the casting process. ALL of these issues create flow restriction in your stock head that lead to an overall loss of power! The Endrigo Racing head series fixes these problems, giving you significantly more power over a stock cylinder head! Endrigo racing heads offer: Professional intake and exhaust porting Valve jobs Deck height milling (on some models) Larger high performance valves (Stage 3 head only). Endrigo Racing Head options:Stage 1 Head: $199.95 ("Power Booster")- Ported intake runner gives 7% gain over stock - Performance 3-angle valve job - Remachined head gasket surface. Stage 2 Head: $249.95 ("Mountain Master") - Ported intake and exhaust runners gives 13% gain over stock intake and 5% gain over stock exhaust. - Mulit-angle race valve job - Remachined head gasket surface. Stage 2+ Head: $274.95 ("Mountain Master Plus") - Same as Stage 2, with the additional removal of .025” material on the deck surface for an additional 1.0 point of compression. Stage 3 Head: $324.95 ("Monster Power") - Everything from the Stage 2, plus: - Additional porting intake and exhaust gives 20% gain over stock intake and 11% gain over stock exhaust - oversized intake valve; additional .025 material removed from deck surface for a 1.0 point of compression increase over stock. Stage 3 heads are custom built and may require additional lead time up to 8 business days from order date before shipping due to the extra modifications. This kit is a direct bolt-on replacement for your current GY6 cylinder head.Your Endrigo Racing Head kit comes with a professionally modified cylinder head, intake and exhaust studs, cylinder head gasket, a port-matched intake manifold, and installation and carburetor rejetting instructions. Because of the dramatically increased flow through the Endrigo cylinder heads, you will need to rejet your carburetor.
