Complete exhaust kit for your 250cc buggy! This kit from Hammerhead Performance comes with the exhaust, header pipe, mounting hardware, carburetor jets, UNI filter, and air intake elbow! 
This is our top performance exhaust kit! Manufactured by Hammerhead Performance, this kit comes with a powerful racing exhaust, header pipe, mounting hardware, carburetor sizes 125 main and 40 pilot jets, 2-stage UNI filter, and air intake elbow! These exhausts come with a built-in spark arrestor screen! This exhaust has been installed and works on most models of both CN250 and CFMoto based buggies from many manufacturers. Some slight modification to the header pipe bends may be required depending on your buggy. If your buggy is not listed below, it does not mean that it will not install, just that we have not tested it directly on that model. 250cc GOOD - exhaust kit installs no problem '06 through '08 Hammerhead 250ss '06 Joyner Sand Viper '06 Roketa GK-06 No-go - exhaust kit will not install '05-'08 Kinroad 250 '09 Hammerhead GT250 Kinda - exhaust kit installs with some modification '05 Hammerhead CN250 '07-08 Blade xtx - with slight modification to header pipe '07-08 Joyner - with slight modification to header pipe '07-08 Sunl 250-2a - with slight modification to header pipe Now available with different colored endcaps! Blue, Silver, Black, and Orange! Some colors may require additional order lead time. Please call for availability and shipping times for colors other than silver. 
You may need to purchase additional main and pilot jets for use with this system. If you run at or above 5,000', start with a 130 main jet and your stock pilot jet. In the 3,000' level we recommend a 135 main jet and 38 pilot jet, and at sea level --> 1,000' we recommend using a 140 main jet and 40 pilot jet. Your system may vary slightly depending on your buggy and elevation, so it's good to get one size main jet above and below the recommended size above, along with a couple of regular NGK spark plugs for testing.
