This is our top performance exhaust kit!

Manufactured by Hammerhead Performance, this kit comes with a powerful racing exhaust, header pipe, mounting hardware, carburetor main and pilot jets, 2-stage UNI filter, and air intake elbow! You also receive a 32mm pumper performance carburetor! (See below for more carburetor information)

These exhausts come with a built-in spark arrestor screen!

This exhaust has been installed and works on most models of both CN250 and CFMoto based buggies from many manufacturers. Some slight modification to the header pipe bends may be required depending on your buggy.

If your buggy is not listed below, it does not mean that it will not install, just that we have not tested it directly on that model.

This carburetor is not vacuum driven and you will need to block off the vacuum line coming from your intake manifold. The electrical wiring harness for the electric choke may be different from the stock wiring harness on your buggy and require direct manual splicing. The temperature sensor for liquid cooled systems that attaches to many stock carburetors is not used with this carburetor.

You may need to purchase additional main and pilot jets for use with this system. The carburetor comes with a 130 main jet, which should work fine for all buggies that run at or above 5,000'. In the 3,000' level we recommend a 135 main jet and 38 pilot jet, and at sea level --> 1,000' we recommend using a 140 main jet and 40 pilot jet.

Your system may vary slightly depending on your buggy and elevation, so it's good to get one size main jet above and below the recommended size above, along with a couple of regular NGK spark plugs for testing.
