BPNW Newsletter - July 2010
Welcome to the July 2010 issue of the Buggy Parts NW Newsletter!Summer is now in full swing and it's time to get out and ride!
Endrigo Racing Heads are are taking your vehicle to new performance highs!
Buggy Parts NW is proud to carry the full line of Endrigo Racing Heads for GY6 and CF/CN250 engines!
These highly modified cylinder heads are flow optimized through professional intake and exhaust porting, valve resurfacing, and 0.025" shaved deck height and larger valves (on some models). These bolt-on kits create significantly more power from your engine and will require nothing more than a carburetor rejet after installation!
Customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive on these heads. Brian from North Carolina wrote, "Got everything installed yesterday. All I can say is wow. Just wow. Worth every penny. The Endrigo bolted on perfectly and the difference is insane." Get yours today!
GY6 Stage 1 kits start at $199.95. Click here to see which solution works best for you!
250cc kits start at $275 and can be found here.

250cc Shorty Clutches! We now have carry the Shorty Clutches for 250cc CN250 and CFMoto from Motorio! These new products are great performers - we've been testing one out for several months and are very happy with the results!
These Shorty clutch kits come with a clutch, high performance clutch bell, and two sets of clutch arm springs all for one low price!
Buggy Parts NW has expanded our Dr Pulley offerings!
We've increased our Dr Pulley product line to include a wider variety of slider weights for scooter owners! We now carry Dr Pulley sliders for everything from 50cc to 600cc engines, and more are on the way! We're also getting in some Dr Pulley clutches for the Honda Silverwing 600 very soon. Check back on the Dr Pulley HiT Clutch page later this month for availability and ordering.
Have you got that Summer maintenance done yet?
You should inspect your roller or slider weights at least once per year for excessive wearing and flat spots. Roller weights especially should be inspected as they develop the flat areas relatively quickly which can lead to rough transmission and a "jerky" feeling when accelerating and decelerating. We highly recommend replacing them with Dr Pulley Slider weights for your 150cc or 250cc vehicle.
Are you tired of stripping the carburetor screws from taking them out so often when rejetting? Get our set of 4 socket head bolts for your carburetor. Easy access with an allen wrench!
It's never too soon to start getting your buggy back into shape for spring and summer riding! Make sure you have plenty of Uni Filter Oil and a precharger to cover the UNI to keep the dust and mud off it!
It's also a good time to inspect the spark plug cap for wear or cracks and replace it as necessary. The spark plug itself should be inspected and replaced annually, as well. Click to see the 150cc and 250cc versions of our NGK Iridium spark plugs.Be sure to check out the Buggy Parts NW Info Center from time to time to see new articles and how-to guides! In particular, we recommend all 250cc owners check out the valve adjustment video. Adjusting your valves is fast, easy, and can bring a sluggish engine back to life!
